Two New Tenants in CommerceWayBusiness Park

IDI Signs Leases Totaling 99,260 SF at Commerce Way Business Park

idi-logoATLANTA, November 5, 2013– IDI, a leading full-service industrial real estate company, announced today two leases at its Commerce Way Business Park in Ontario. The leases, in Woodstock Building H and Woodstock Building A, contribute to the 456,077 square feet that have already been developed in the business park serving the Southwest Ontario market.

IDI's Commerce Way Business Park, located in the southwest Ontario market, is in close proximity to Highway 401 and Highway 403. AGCO Corporation (www.agcocorp.com ), a global leader focused on the design, manufacture and distribution of agricultural machinery, relocated to be closer to its customers and transportation infrastructure. The 67,010-square-foot lease at Woodstock Building H will be used for storage, warehousing and distribution of agricultural equipment and related parts, as well as serve as a training center. Building H has 185,490 square feet available for lease.

Day & Ross, Inc, a third-party logistics provider, leased 32,250 square feet in Woodstock Building A for the storage, warehousing and distribution of automotive parts. The new space in the Commerce Way Business Park is near the company's customer base and close to an existing Day & Ross facility. Building A has 26,019 square feet available for lease.

Commerce Way Business Park consists of two buildings totaling approximately 456,000 square feet across the 25 acre park. Other tenants at Commerce Way Business Park include: Miller Zell, Ancra and Scholastic Books.

Since the market began improving from the recession in mid-2011, IDI has started or delivered more than 12 million square feet in 11 states and has been the first to market with new inventory space in several cities.
